AN ODE TO LIFE

LET ME LOVE ME

Shoving a heap of “it’s none of my business” smoothie into my mouth has been a major preventive medicine to choke back personal comments on people’s social media pages but earlier this week, that failed me! My eyes detected different posts with the same hashtag at almost the same time. This caused an extreme heart emotional attack. To revive myself, I scribbled down my thought in great haste.

AN ODE TO LIFE

PUT THE BEARD ON IT

What would you look like in the next ten years?

Ijeoma’s question excited the children, if I didn’t spend the day with them, I would probably assume that someone fed them candy. Mola seemed to take delight in the topic more than anyone in the room. I continued; “Well, that will make you beardless.” He deemed his eyes like Bruce Lee of critical thinking and posed a rhetorical question; “Who said I would cut off everything?“

I could laugh at his ideas and extinguish them. I could thrash them like used serviettes but I would lose CREATIVITY.

Mola might be six but he got me a ticket to ride on a fresh track of knowledge.

AN ODE TO LIFE

CLOSE OR NEVER

Chilling with young people!

Another thing that excites my inner being asides the unadulterated joy that comes when Manchester United wins a league. Teenagers plus children sum up my definition of young people.

The dictionary will most definitely not agree with my definition, no hard feeling!

One of the million reasons I couldn’t help but work with young people is the fact that their style captures my heart. This style is characterized by Curiosity, Creativity and Intelligence. Don’t expect any negative review on them, I am all about positivity today, coupled with the realistic yet unpopular truth that NO WORD FLIES UNCAGED for them, which means they have an artistic way of reading meanings to words. A good reason to stick to positive.
