My sweet sweet 3,

It’s been like forever and I am yet to get over you. Yeah! Getting over you is beyond impossible to a very great degree. You must marvel at the unashamed excitement that tickles me whenever I perceive with my ears your tales from the lips of mom and dad…

Hi 3,
They say;
“You were smart with clear words.
You rained unanswerable questions unafraid!
You engaged in rough activities with your brothers.
You were a little woman among men.
You were everywhere… full of energy!
Dad was your favourite person.”

And as quick as the hem on my palazzo pants, I fell in love with you pondering on every letter of each word said about you. But! I would love to ask you…

Did you ever dream?
Were you just full of life but unaware of what lies in it?
Your questions, were they about the future?

Yeah! You are just 3… but you could express your needs and thoughts… so, did you ever think of becoming who you are today?

You are just 3… a drop of awesomeness mixed with so much innocence, how can you understand the complexity of my questions?

Staring into my eyes, you would know what I feel…

The urge to rediscover
The desire to reconnect with you
The thirst to re-experience your energy

Of course! You feel it all and much more. Much more… yes! Much more… for extending far down my heart lies much more… Yes! Down there exists words that pose the ultimate question;

“Are you thrilled by the present or are you unimpressed?”

An unanswerable question?
Proof that you are still there
The girl behind the lady

The saying “No amount of regret changes the past…” has nullified whatever answer you would have given. Though one thing is clear, I write to you with no atom of regret but a giant sized GRATITUDE… And even if our regrets can change our past, I would plead it never changes you… for you are my root! I have fallen, crawled, hopped, fallen uncontrollably yet, I stand… I stand for my root is tough.

And I hope I make you proud by spreading forth healthy branches, bearing succulent fruits and flowers that would bloom in all seasons!!!

Hi 3,
Thank you!!!

With abundance of love,
